e talked some time ago about the WORLDPAC ASSIST service and I was hesitant, wondering whether it was different than the Mitchell and AllDATA that we already use. Well, I went ahead and signed up for it after talking to some of the folks at ATI (Automotive Training Institute) and I can now say it is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

WORLDPAC Assist is totally different than AllDATA and Mitchell; it is more diagnostic-oriented where the other two are more oriented to remove and replace and repair once you have figured out what is wrong. Just thought I would let you know what a great tool it has turned out to be in the short couple weeks we have been using it.
